What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, it may be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Do you ship outside the USA?
We can ship to APO/DPO/FPO addresses and addresses in U.S. territories, such as Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. However, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Tracking says my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it, please verify the shipping address provided was correct.
The mail carrier may have also left a notice of attempted delivery if they feel it was unsafe to deliver your package.
Please check tracking information for the delivery location of your order; the mail carrier may have delivered it in an inconspicuous location to deter package thieves or due to poor weather.
Please check if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Occasionally, the USPS may also scan a package as delivered once the package arrives in your zip code, instead of when it is actual delivered. In such instances, we would appreciate you giving it 48 hours to arrive.
