Creme Brulee – Sweet, rich, smooth, and creamy! Great as a cheeseball, alternative creme brulee recipe, or dessert enhancer

How to Use:
- For Cheeseball – Mix packet with 8 ounce cream cheese and 4 tablespoons of butter (optional). Refrigerate until firm and roll in topping. If desired, you may use kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar topping on the cheeseball. Enjoy with graham crackers, cookies, fruit, and more!
- For Creme Brulee – Combine mix and 2 cups of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil (mixture will be thin). Divide evenly into 4 ramekins or custard cups. Chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, top with Sugar Topping and caramelize with a kitchen torch or briefly under broiler to form a thin, crisp layer.
