SHIPPING

To prevent mis-deliveries, non-delivery, or delays in shipping, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and free of typographical errors. Your shipping address must be in the U.S. or U.S. Territory. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Costs:

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $40 and over (excluding applicable taxes), via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS depending on circumstances.

Orders under $40 will have a shipping cost of $5.99.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders placed before 9am PST begin processing the same day. Processing may take up to 1 business day.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Delivery Times:

Delivery may vary from 2-10 business days for the 48 contiguous states.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and United States Territories may take up to 21 business days for delivery.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take up to 45 business days for delivery.

Damages:

If your order is received damaged, please contact us via the contact form or by email at: [email protected], so we may assist you. Please include your order number and product name when contacting us.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, it may be returned to us for a refund.

Returns Window:

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Purchases returned outside of the returns window will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunding Shipping Charges:

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returned Product Condition:

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition with original packaging, inserts, or accessories (if applicable). Products returned with damage or missing packaging, inserts, or accessories will be subject to a restocking fee of 50%.

Returns Shipping Fee:

We do not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return was a result of our error.

Returning Your Purchase:

Please contact us via the contact form or email us at [email protected] for an RMA number before preparing your return. When contacting us, please include your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Once you receive an RMA number, please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Pack your return securely and include the packing slip with your return.

Mail your return using a traceable shipping method (e.g. USPS with delivery confirmation, UPS, FedEx).

Returns Processing Time:

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days to process your return. All refunds will go back to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and a refund has been issued. Your credit card company or financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction once it has been processed on our end.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges on product.
